1. Overview This website is operated by Solid Figments LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Solid Figments LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright All original content, designs, 3D models, graphics, logos, and product lines showcased on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Solid Figments LLC.

 

    • Prohibition of Reproduction: Purchasing our physical products does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

    • No Recasting or Scanning: You are strictly prohibited from recasting, 3D scanning, reproducing, or reverse-engineering our physical figures or products for any commercial or non-commercial distribution.

 

4. Products and Services Our products are small-batch, hand-processed art pieces. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, matte finishes, and textures of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

 

    • Variations: Due to the nature of 3D printing and post-processing, minor variations in prints, subtle color shifts, or small support marks are normal and do not constitute a defect.

    • Limitations: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

 

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

6. Limitation of Liability and Safety Our products are intended strictly for display by adult collectors (ages 14+) and are not toys. The cured resin used in our products is rigid and may break or shatter if dropped or handled improperly, creating small, sharp parts that pose a choking hazard.

 

    • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing from Solid Figments LLC, you acknowledge the fragile nature of 3D-printed resin and assume all responsibility for its safe handling and display.

    • Liability Cap: In no case shall Solid Figments LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

 

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas.

8. Changes to Terms of Service You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
