Because these items are highly detailed, specialized resin art pieces produced in limited runs, our return and refund policies are structured to reflect the hands-on nature of our manufacturing process.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Damaged in Transit &amp; Replacements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>While we pack every order with extreme care, occasional damage during transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of the tracked delivery date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item, as well as the exterior and interior of the shipping box.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon review, we will provide a replacement of the damaged piece at no additional cost to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Because our collections are manufactured in highly specialized, small batches, an exact replacement may not always be immediately available. If an item is out of stock or retired, and we cannot replace your damaged piece, we will offer you the choice of a comparable item, store credit, or a full refund.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Lost or Stolen Packages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we rely on them to deliver it safely to your door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lost in Transit:<\/strong> A package is officially considered lost if its tracking information has not updated for <strong>14 consecutive business days<\/strong> (for domestic shipments) or <strong>30 consecutive days<\/strong> (for international shipments). If this timeframe has passed, please contact us. We will file a missing mail claim with the carrier and work with you to issue a replacement or refund, subject to our small-batch availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stolen\/Missing After Delivery:<\/strong> If your tracking information shows the package was &#8220;Delivered&#8221; but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property after a confirmed delivery. However, we will gladly provide any documentation you need to file a mail theft claim with the carrier or local authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Returns and Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We stand by the quality of our miniatures. However, due to the labor-intensive nature of 3D printing and post-processing, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange an exchange and cover the return shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any authorized returns must be shipped back to our workshop in their original condition and packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The Nature of 3D Printed Resin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Our figures are created using high-quality 3D printing technology and finished by hand. Due to this process, minor variations between models, slight color shifts, or minuscule support marks are normal and not considered defects. Additionally, while our resin is durable, these are detailed collectibles and can break if dropped or mishandled. We do not offer refunds or free replacements for items damaged by the user after successful delivery.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Order Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Cancellations may be requested within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of placing your order.
